PosterMyWall’s multi-page feature lets you build designs with multiple pages in a single file. Use it to create presentations, social media carousels, menus, brochures, and more. This guide walks you through everything you need to know to create, manage, and share your multipage designs.
Getting started: Choose a template
The quickest way to get started is to select a multi-page template from the PosterMyWall gallery. Browse the available layouts, find one that suits your needs, and open it in the editor. Each page can be customised independently, just like a standalone template.
Alternatively, you can start from a blank canvas or an uploaded image and add pages from there.
Managing your pages
Once you’re in the editor, a contextual menu on the right side of each page gives you full control over your layout. You can add up to 99 pages per file.
- Add a page — Click the Add page button at the top right of the canvas to insert a new blank page. New pages automatically match the dimensions of your existing design.
- Duplicate a page — Click the Duplicate icon (second from the top on the right side) to copy an existing page. Useful for keeping consistent layouts across your design.
- Delete a page — Click the Delete page (trash) icon at the right side of the page you want to remove.
- Rearrange pages — Use the move up or move down arrow icons to reorder your pages. This is especially handy for organising presentations or multi-section menus.
Applying Templates to Individual Pages
You can use different templates on different pages within the same file, giving you the flexibility to mix styles and layouts. To apply a template to a specific page:
- Scroll to the page you want to edit.
- Click the Templates tab in the left sidebar.
- Search for a template and use the Type, Style, and Color filters to narrow down options.
- Click your chosen template to apply it to that page.
Using multipage designs on mobile
You can also create and manage multipage designs from PosterMyWall’s mobile browser or iOS/Android apps.
- Open a design and tap Pages in the bottom bar.
- Use the Add and Duplicate options to build out your pages. You can also swipe right on the first page to add a blank page.
- Use the Pages menu to delete or reorder pages.
- To apply a template to a page, tap the blue Add button (+ icon) and select Templates.
Downloading your multipage design
Once your design is complete, click Download in the top right corner and choose your preferred file format:
- High-quality images (JPG or PNG)
- MP4 video
