Choir Tour

A group of the Viva Choir will travel to Germany and Holland in December 2025! We will soon provide concert details! Please sponsor our children for this life-changing opportunity. 

FOOD SECURITY

You ensure that underprivileged children and families have good nutrition and food-security in vulnerable communities, as we provide 2 cooked meals to hundreds of children daily and food parcels to vulnerable families monthly.

EDUCATION

You help us develop our education centres and provide quality and equality in education for all students, at our independent, private schools in an informal settlement in Mamelodi East and Refilwe, with a new campus coming in 2026.

MUSIC

You provide access to musical and artistic development for marginalised children and youth through our Viva Choir and bi-weekly music tuition at both campuses that showcase our learners' talent and develop their skills.

SAPRI - South African Prevention & Response Initiative against GBV & Femicide

South Africa has one of the highest levels of femicide and violence against women and children.  The Viva Foundation focuses on prevention initiatives through activism, advocacy and training. 

The Women's Month Visual Protest and Petition #1000DeadBodies, taking its name from the 1000+ women and girls murdered in South Africa every 3 months, call for better policing in order to prevent Gender-based Violence and Femicide.  

New Projects & Expansion

FOOD FOREST & AQUAGROW ACADEMY

The Viva Food Forest and AquaGrow Academy are our latest projects in sustainability and development.  We planted hundreds of fruit trees and vegetable plants and secured a new property for the establishment of an agricultural school that will provide food, much needed funding and economic empowerment to hundreds of families.

VIVA FOUNDATION NL

We are in the process of registering Viva Foundation in the Netherlands, focusing on supporting the Viva projects and particularly the Music Development. 

VIVA FOUNDATION BRAZIL

Viva Foundation Brazil will receive much needed development assistance when founders Leon and Meleney Kriel visit Sao Paolo in September 2025 for the first time since registering in 2021.

We handed out 600 blankets to children and families in June 25

We provide monthly support to vulnerable families and the elderly

Our choir was invited to perform at Household Of Christ Church and a Schneider Electric.
