Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties

1. Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards.
2. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
3. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
4. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
5. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
6. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding cleanliness.
7. Collaborate with housekeeping management to develop efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
2. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial practices is advantageous.
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
