Step 1: Navigate to the Events tab
From your PosterMyWall dashboard, click on Events in the navigation menu.
Step 2: Click the instant graphic banner
Under the Events Calendar section, click Create on the instant graphic banner. This will open the AI chat interface, which will automatically pull in your scheduled events for the coming week and apply your saved Brand Kit settings.
Step 3: Tell the AI which events to include
Type in the specific events you want to feature in your schedule. You can also provide additional context to customise the design, such as:
- A preferred color scheme or fonts
- Specific design dimensions
- A template to use as a visual reference
Once you’re happy with your prompt, hit Send and watch your customised event schedule graphic generate automatically.
What can you do with your event graphic?
Once your schedule graphic is ready, you have several options:
Share & Promote
- Click Post to social media in the PosterMyWall AI interface to generate and publish a social media post directly from PosterMyWall.
- Click Publish as email campaign to create an email campaign — you’ll be taken to the email interface to add a campaign name, subject line, and preview text (these can also be AI-generated).
- Select Turn into event page from the dropdown to create a dedicated event page.
Customise Further
- Click Turn into video in the PosterMyWall AI interface to animate your schedule graphic.
- Click Change style to choose from a range of visual themes that suit your event’s vibe.
- Use the AI chat to request further edits via text prompts.
- Click View more to select a template as a design reference. You can use multiple reference images.
Save & Download
- Select Save to my designs to store your graphic in My Stuff.
- Click Download to save the graphic directly to your device.
