Measuring email performance is crucial for the long-term health of email campaigns. This allows you to understand what your customers are looking for and depending on the data, you can repeat ideas from your previous campaigns or try new things.
Check your email campaign performance
Go to “My Emails” and Click “Performance”
You’ll see three key metrics: Reach, Open, and Clicked.

Use the drop-down menu in the top left to choose a campaign.
Understand the metrics
- Click the arrow next to “Did Not Reach” to see how many people unsubscribed, marked the email as spam, or had invalid email addresses.
- Open tells you how many recipients opened your email. If the “Did Not Open” number is high, consider making your subject line more engaging next time.
- ‘Clicked’ shows how many people clicked on a link inside your email.
Compare campaign performance
You can compare different email campaigns to see which performed better. Click “Compare With” in the top right, then select a campaign. You’ll now see both sets of data side by side.

Analyze mailing lists
To measure the performance of a specific email list, select “Mailing List” from the top menu and choose a list to analyze. You’ll see the open rate and click rate, which indicate how many recipients engaged with your email. Scroll down to view detailed stats for each recipient.
If you want to compare two different mailing lists to see how they responded to the same email, select a list from the “Compare With” tab in the top right. This helps identify which audience is more engaged with your content.
