
No successful email campaign is possible without a mailing list. Create an email sign up form on PosterMyWall to populate your mailing list.
Create an email sign-up form
- Go to “Mailing lists” and Click the + icon to create an email signup form
- Write a form name; like “Library Newsletter List”.
- Enter your organization name and choose where to save new email addresses. You can create a new mailing list or select an existing one.

- Edit the form title. Write something catchy to grab attention.
- Customize the look. Change the background color, font, response bar shape, and call-to-action buttons to match your brand.
- Set up confirmation. Click the “Confirmation” tab to edit the message users see after submitting their email.
Publish and share your form
Once your form is ready, click “Publish”. You have multiple sharing options:
- Shareable Link – Use this in social media posts, email signatures, or anywhere you want people to sign up. When someone clicks the link, the form opens in their browser.
- Embed on Your Website – Add it as a graphic or pop-up by copying and pasting the HTML code into your website’s backend. Once published, your form will be live!
